Is Say Grace Farms available year-round?
Yes. Our venue is fully climate-controlled with heating and air conditioning, allowing us to host weddings comfortably in every season.
Do you offer weekday or Sunday weddings?
Yes. Weekday and Sunday weddings are available at a reduced rate, making them a great option for couples looking to save while still enjoying a full-day experience.

What is included in your traditional wedding packages?
Our traditional packages include many of the essentials couples look for in a full-day wedding venue. For a complete list of included amenities and available options, please view our Inclusions Guide, where everything is outlined in detail.
Are tables, chairs, and linens included?
Yes. Tables, chairs, and table linens are included in all our wedding packages.
Do you offer décor or floral rentals?
Yes. We offer on-site floral rentals, which can include full venue decorating services, allowing couples to walk into a beautifully styled space without the stress of setup.
Is a day-of coordinator included?
A day-of coordinator can be added for an additional cost but is not required.
Do you offer military or veteran discounts?
Yes. As a small way of saying thank you for your service, we offer a Sweetheart Discount on the venue rental for active military members and veterans. Details are shared during the booking process.
Are there additional fees?
A minimal cleaning fee applies and is based on guest count. Any optional services or upgrades are clearly outlined in the pricing brochure.
Do you offer payment plans?

We always have a weather backup plan and can move ceremonies indoors without sacrificing beauty or flow.

Yes. We offer a spacious bridal suite along with a cedar groom lounge for a comfortable getting-ready experience.
VENDORS & FLEXIBILITY
Do we have to use vendors from a preferred list?
We provide a preferred vendor list to help couples find trusted professionals.
Are outside caterers allowed?
Yes, outside caterers are welcome.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes. Alcohol is allowed, though Say Grace Farms does not provide alcohol. Security is required when alcohol is served.
Can we bring our own décor?
Yes. Couples are welcome to bring personal décor that aligns with venue guidelines.
Are candles or sparklers allowed?
For safety reasons and for the protection of farm animals, open flames, sparklers, fireworks, and cold sparks are not permitted. We happily provide beautiful flameless candle options.
Is a DJ or amplified music allowed?
Yes. DJs and amplified music are permitted.

How many hours are included?
Traditional wedding packages include access from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, allowing ample time for setup, celebration, and cleanup.
Is parking available?
